Vacancy: Industrial relocation operative
Are you a hands-on person with spatial awareness and a passion for impressive machines and technology? At De Groote, we are looking for a motivated addition to strengthen our team of industrial relocation specialists. Together with your colleagues, you make sure complex relocation projects and lifting jobs run safely and smoothly.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven team player with a real hands-on mentality. Experience in the sector is a strong plus, but we consider the right work ethic, willingness to learn and motivation at least as important.
- Technical and spatial insight: You see logical connections and actively think along about the best and safest way to move heavy or complex machines.
- Flexibility and a solution-oriented approach: No site is ever the same. You adapt smoothly to changing circumstances and think in solutions, not problems.
- Sense of responsibility and safety: You work accurately and always comply with the safety regulations for yourself, your colleagues and the machines.
What do we offer you?
At De Groote, you join a warm and stable family business. Just as we don’t treat our clients like a number, we don’t do that with our employees either. You become an indispensable link in a modern, well-equipped company.
- A challenging and varied job: You work on impressive and varied projects. Every day brings a new challenge.
- Top-of-the-line equipment: You get the opportunity to work with an advanced, well-equipped machine fleet.
- A close-knit family team: A collegial working atmosphere where respect takes centre stage, combined with an attractive pay package that reflects your commitment.
